While many people think about the holidays as a chance to relax with a mug of mulled wine in front of a roaring fire, I am chomping at the bit to get further along in a number of my projects, and to start some new ones – with the mulled wine, of course :)

On my radar for the holiday season:

  • Start studying for my Zend Certified Engineer exam
  • Build something (useful?) with Flex
  • Do some brainstorming with my fantastic partner in terms of things that we can collaborate on
  • Build a Flicker-esque (albeit somewhat less intelligent) gallery for my road trips site and my air trips site
  • Do some easy (and complementary) SEO work for one of my favourite clients
  • Finish a couple of small PHP projects that I would like to get off my radar, and have the major health app I am working on about 90% complete

All of this would make for a Merry Christmas indeed. Come the end of January, I hope to find myself drinking Tequila in Tijuana or lying under a palm tree somewhere exotic and looking for geckos.
