Is the 3rd time the charm? So far, I’ve had 3 clear indicators in the past quarter that I need to learn Flex:

1. Before the holidays, the fantastic conversation with the very charismatic CEO from California who extolled the virtues of Flex to me and mentioned the high demand for skills in this area
2. My partner, considering looking to use it for the next iteration of his product
3. My sister, mentioning that it would be a great asset to their company

Enough said. I need to learn Flex.
